  • Bank account number of the account holder (\u53e3\u5ea7\u756a\u53f7 \/ kouza bangou)<\/li>\n
  • Type of account (\u666e\u901a \/ futsuu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Now, let\u2019s move on to the steps to make money transfers in Japan –<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. You would most probably have the banking app on your device; if not, visit their website and log into your account.<\/li>\n
    2. Once opened, go to Furikomi (\u632f\u8fbc).<\/li>\n
    3. In the Gink\u014dmei (\u9280\u884c\u540d) field, put the name of the bank.<\/li>\n
    4. In the shiten (\u652f\u5e97) field, enter the bank branch.<\/li>\n
    5. K\u014dza bang\u014d is where you will need to enter the bank account number.<\/li>\n
    6. Now, under k\u014dza kamoku (\u8b1b\u5ea7\u79d1\u76ee), you will have three options to choose the account type:
      \nFuts\u016b (\u666e\u901a) – Ordinary<\/strong>
      \nT\u014dza (\u5f53\u5ea7) – Checking<\/strong>
      \nChochiku (\u8caf\u84c4) – Savings<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Then, enter the amount you have to send.<\/li>\n
    8. Before transferring the fund, you will likely be asked for confirmation to see if all the details you have entered are correct. In this case, if you are sure, you can proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How To Transfer Money From An ATM<\/h3>\n

      Now that we know how to make a bank transfer, let\u2019s learn how to transfer money from Japan bank ATMs as not all banks have online banking services. Other ways to send money to people are via ATMs.<\/p>\n

        Follow the steps to transfer money through an ATM in Japan –<\/h4>\n

        1. Visit the nearest bank ATM.<\/li>\n
        2. On the main screen, click Furikomi (\u632f\u8fbc).<\/li>\n
        3. You will be shown a screen where the machine will ask you whether you are transferring the fund to an unknown person or if your relatives asked you to send the fund. Click on \u3042\u3066\u306f\u307e\u308b, if your answer is \u2018Yes\u2019 to both and for \u2018No\u2019, choose \u3042\u3066\u306f\u307e\u3089\u306a\u3044.<\/li>\n
        4. Many bank ATMs give several options but as you will use your ATM card to transfer the money, choose \u30ab\u30fc\u30c9 (transfer via cash card).<\/li>\n
        5. Next, insert your cash card in the slot given.<\/li>\n
        6. Enter your pin.<\/li>\n
        7. Then, choose the recipient\u2019s bank, their bank branch and account type.<\/li>\n
        8. Type in the bank account number of the recipient.<\/li>\n
        9. Choose or type (depending on the options the ATM gives) the amount you want to send.<\/li>\n
        10. Once you are absolutely sure that you have entered the correct details, click Kakunin (\u78ba\u8a8d)) to confirm and transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          How To Make Money Transfer From Japan To Another Country<\/h3>\n

          If you want to transfer money from your Japanese bank account to an overseas account, one way is to visit your nearest bank in Japan. There, you will have to fill up forms and will also have to pay bank fees.<\/p>\n

          The most affordable and convenient way to do a bank transfer from your Japanese bank to an overseas account would be to use apps such as PayPal and WorldRemit. These money transfer apps will save you time and money.<\/p>\n
