The Technical Intern Training Program is a work training program providing employment opportunities for foreign nationals in Japan. Administered by the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) its stated purpose is to provide training, technical skills and technology experience for workers from developing economies like India.

  • Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or more
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant area.
  • Citizenship: Should be Indian Citizen
Selection of interns for TITP is purely based on their qualification and how well they perform in their interview.
Yes, In order to get registered under TITP Program, candidates have to pay the Program Fee. The fee is collected only after the candidate successfully clears the initial selection interview and decides to go through the Japanese Language & Cultural Training.
The candidates will have to join our training program in Delhi where we will train them on Japanese Language & Cultural at 3 levels ( 2 levels in India & 1 level in Japan).
Selection for the internship job under TITP depends on how well the candidates perform in their interview with the representatives of Japanese Companies.
Duration of TITP internship program will be for 3 to 5 Years.
At present the internship is available under Food Processing, Automobile & Large Scale Farming.
After the completion of TITP Program, the candidates have to return to India, where they can easily get good job opportunities based on the skills they acquired during the TITP Program.
